We are working on implementing a personal mobile system to help you enhance your control.Our Control Assistant will start by asking you some questions about your mood and then take some readings throughout the day.
Please provide these to provide the assistant with the information.
It will take a couple of minutes on each occasion.
Your profile is going to a team of psychologists, who will monitor your data, and will provide you with a personal control report, brief summaries will be given at points and then a fuller one at the end.
All data is anonymous, confidential and in no way traceable back to you.
